There are many reasons why you might have to “self-insure”.  Maybe you quit your job, got laid off, your company doesn’t offer insurance, your self-employed, an independent contractor or commissioned sales person.  Perhaps it’s too expensive to be added on to your spouse’s plan.  Whatever the reason, you’re on your own, but not alone.  I may be able to help you get benefits.
